Haven't heard from Dr. Meg for a while, so I was pleased to see her latest message, from February 3:

I found this comment particularly meaningful:
"There are terrific differences in levels of awareness right now. This will change in a while but for now can be challenging. These differences do not mean that one person is “further along” or even “higher vibration” than the next. What it means is that we are all balancing with the changes at our own rates and that is just fine."
It's good to be reminded of that now and then. And it's true that I can revert to "muggle-dom" at any time, depending on where I put my focus in the moment. The "back-and-forth" has been part of the process for quite some time. That may level out soon.
The idea of balance continues to come into my awareness. Many people have been saying that the events in Haiti were some kind of attack by the darkness. That is one possible interpretation. We have been hearing for many years that there would be some rather drastic Earth Changes coming. I think that, in fact, we have avoided some of the more catastrophic possibilities, and that we can help to avoid others by remaining in a state of unconditional love - without adding our energy to the belief in continued struggles between light and dark.
As Dr. Meg says, it is more helpful to "imagine how it will be when those in Haiti have what they need and are well and healed." This is of much greater benefit than imagining a battle going on between light and darkness.
She often has information in her messages from the masters from the Galactic or Cosmic level. In this one they speak of Stargates and wormholes that are a kind of valve system that "maintain positive and negative pressure thresholds between transfer stations." I see this as part of the necessary shifting of energies from that of duality, that is, two opposing forces, to Unity Consciousness.
So that's my take on that subject.
And just as a footnote, I had to smile at her comments on "invisibility." It is such an interesting phenomenon...and one that I can really relate to, although, thankfully, it's been a while since I've experienced it. Also when it does happen, it usually passes quickly. But when you're in the middle of it, it's just too funny (when it's not frustrating the hell out of you!).
Here again it seems to be a balancing act, because the latest issue for me was feeling like I was in a spotlight, and under a microscope...way too visible! Back and forth, up and down, two-step, foxtrot, jitterbug, hip-hop...free-form...ah...there we go...

I'm hoping to be able to feel this Wave of Light soon...still in the "emptiness" phase.
One of the elders of my family passed away this week...a wonderful patriach of the clan. It's hard to lose the people we have loved, and looked up to for so long. It helps me to think that he may choose to come in again as one of the "new kids."
A fond farewell to my Uncle Vic - I am thankful to have known him. And blessings to his soul on whatever Journey he chooses now...Love, Bonnie

Each of the articles in Jennifer Hoffman's latest newsletter was meaningful to me:

One of the titles is "Are You Invisible?" I realized that, indeed, in the past, that was how I handled situations where I was feeling "bullied." I retreated. And now, without a lot of fretting over the outcome, the words simply come out, from a place of truth and love. It isn't loving to allow someone to bully you. It isn't loving towards yourself; it isn't loving towards them. And, in general, the outcomes have been surprisingly beneficial.
I also found Jennifer's recent "Indigos and Crystals" section very interesting. I realized that one of my younger sisters was one of the "Wild Indigo Women", who came to make changes in the status quo, whatever it required. In her case, it meant her life, because the repercussions of her decisions brought such harsh consequences, that, eventually, it was too much to bear. The energies, at that time, were still at a level of density that was extremely challenging for Indigos.
I know there are still some challenges for Indigos, but I pray the "lighter" energies of the New Earth are helping them to find their paths, and their passion.
In the latest segment, I recognize one of my sons, who came in with the gentler, more compassionate masculine energies of the "Crystal Man" - not so wild in his case, but I know what Jennifer is saying. There is a freedom of expression of this new masculine energy, as I read somewhere recently, "the new face of the sacred masculine," that is still to be explored.
I am thankful to all those men who embody this energy now, and are shifting this planet away from the aggressive masculine expression of the past into possibilities that we have yet to imagine. May it be easier for them now also.

I was thinking about my discomfort a few nights ago, and was reminded of the first occasion of heart chakra activation that I experienced several years ago. It wasn't even the full-blown opening, but a taste of what would come months later. It started with sensing a warm, tingling expansion of my heart energies, that soon seemed to encompass the room...a beautiful, blissful sense of peace and love. And then, outside the room, on the streets of New York City, painfully experiencing every sight, sound, and nuance that was not aligned to love. I felt way too open, and vulnerable, and sensitive, and just wanted to find a place to hide.
It seems to be a common part of the process to have these waves of energy come in, bringing greater awareness, greater connection, and blissful feelings, followed by, relatively speaking, a "crash" back down into the body, and the challenging sensations that it brings.
It's probably helpful to keep it in mind when challenging moments are occurring (if I could just DO that!)...: ) It's a process, and, for the moment, we are still experiencing it as "ups" and "downs." But it is certainly less extreme than it once was - thankfully.

I didn't know what was going on yesterday evening but I felt completely naked and exposed, and uncomfortable with people that I usually enjoy being with. I thought maybe I need to give up coffee after 6 pm. (Still a possibility!...: ) I have felt this way before at various times in the unfolding of my awakening process, but the intensity was overwhelming. I am going to consider this a VERY fleeting thing...thank you, God, Goddess, and all the beings and energies that are helping us through these times.
And I also resonated with Lauren's statement that current energies are helping us "to express ourselves clearly thru the power of our authenticity and without compromising our integrity."
Well, it seems that we must speak and be heard at this time, and so we do, and we are.
What I love most about Lauren's commentary is that it helps me to know that I am not just completely "wigging out" (or if I am, then I am not the only one!)
I had to laugh at this comment from a reader of Lauren's blog: "Yesterday, I was wondering why I kept running into loud, aggressive, scary people who, a little time ago, were friendly "normal" ones..." Yeah, that was my last couple of days at work...but I don't scare so easily these days. And these are really just opportunities to stand in our power, with love - for Self and Others. That's the balance - Love and Empowerment.

I was wondering about that "anger" thing...: )...This process does not remotely resemble what I once believed it would be like.
There have been some "collisions" with lower vibrational patterns lately. It's a bit uncomfortable, but there has been a sense of needing to speak up, and make my wishes heard, and an underlying strength that says, "I don't accept any less." I have also seen some rather miraculous shifting going on. And so it goes...

The moon has been just amazing the last few nights. It was not just a full moon on January 30, but a full moon at perigee, or its closest proximity to the earth for the year. Coming up over the mountains, here in Vermont, it was breathtaking.
