Karen Bishop's newest Wings message is called, "Connecting to Our New Power":

She says that "We need a strong and secure base to operate and exist from." I second that! Where does that come from, when it feels like starting from scratch all over again? For many of us, there was one more level of clearing, before we could really start building the new. The base is there in spirit, in the etheric, and waiting to come into form. It will do so with our choices for it to do so.
Yes, all is possible. Let us choose our greatest dreams.

There is a children's show that may still be on PBS, called "Bee-Bah." It begins with a sphere of flashing rainbow lights, and giggling, joyful laughter. Then the sphere separates out into several separate pear-shaped beings, who carry on playfully until the end of the show, when each of them merges back together as the giggling orb of Oneness once again.
I was at a New Year's Eve party, when I was living out in California, and I witnessed something that reminded me of the show. It was not your usual New Year's Eve party, mind you, as the group was gathered to hear a channeling from Akasha and Asun on the passing of the scepter, from the old guard to the new. Two of the young people there, who, I was sure, had just met, seemed to be completely absorbed in "sensing" the other's energy. I thought it was just romantic attraction at first, but it seemed more than that to me. They were both giggling like children, looking into each others eyes, and standing nearby, I felt like there was some expanded energy around them...like I was sensing the radiant expansion of their combined energies. (Hard to put into words...maybe you had to be there.)

In commenting on the "Soul merging of Twin Flame relationships", she says that there has been "an unfortunate tendency among awakening beings to get "high" on the soul merging energy and to desire to repeat this energy "merging" with as many people as possible. This is, of course, all in divine order. Awakened Beings enjoy merging their soul energies and experiencing the bliss of communion on the deeper levels, but this is also not Sacred Union. It is just a kind of Sacred Family Hug."
Though I often connect to people's soul energy through the glance these days, I have the impression that the "Soul merging of Twin Flame relationships" goes beyond what we have generally been experiencing as a deeper connection to many souls.
I had an experience recently, which I have been trying to understand more fully. It was beyond anything I have experienced before. I had just met this person, and was looking into his eyes as we began our conversation. When he smiled, I felt like I went into his eyes and blended with his energy...like I merged with his soul. Yes, it was a "high"...it was blissful beyond words. I can't say that I actually saw "light" shining from his face, but I could no longer see his face. It was like being temporarily blinded. We continued the conversation, without my speaking about what I was experiencing...I mean, what can you say to someone you've just met? "I am blinded by your light"? He probably is someone who would get it, but I wasn't comfortable saying it.
I also learned shortly after, that he is already in a relationship, and so, even more reason not to speak it. It also seems to me that he connects with everyone in a deeply loving and reverent way.
So, is this something that we can expect to experience often?...and I don't see why that would be "unfortunate" except that it's easy to interpret it in romantic terms, when it may not be. I'm not looking for this kind of "high" with lots of people. I'm interested in finding "the depth and intimacy and grace of true Sacred Union." But, of course, the person must be available and interested as well. And, in the meantime, I suppose it will unfold and become more clear as we go along. Interesting times...

She gives three suggestions on how to utilize this time, while the new is anchoring in:
"1-Allow yourself to bathe in the light of renewal with self-nurturing and care, remembering that there are many physical changes needed to complete your biological upgrades.
2-Where possible, wrap up old energies, complete old projects, resolve financial & relational hindrances
3-Create space for your new life by letting go of all memories of struggle...both in your mind and in your physical life and relationships."

Acknowledge your progress by allowing yourselves to step forward into the new potentials of the higher dimensions you have worked so hard to create and let new healers and teachers step in to work with the energies you are no longer part of."
I keep being shown that I must move forward into building the new, and letting go of whatever might seem "wrong" with the old. I am consciously choosing that now. I am actively and consciously engaging with the creation of heaven on earth, as I would see it, and offering that as a possibility to others.
This does not mean disconnecting from friends and loved ones. Love is always the connecting energy, the constant, of the new earth.
I hold a space and an intention for healing for all who would choose it, but I let go of the sense of responsibility for making it happen. And I envision a gentle and steady unfoldment of a new paradigm based in unconditional love. Amen.

But there is a steadiness beneath it all. I know that great things are already in progress...I feel them. I feel the connection of all things becoming more prominent, more obvious.
In reading Lauren's blog, I had the image of a wondrously loving energy within the earth itself, breaking through the earth's crust, like the butterfly breaking free of its confining chrysalis...a new and awesome beauty shining out through those places. To me, this seems to be the physical "birthing of the New Earth." It is not without its challenges, but they will soon give way to a sense of gratefulness, and accomplishment for all the hard work it took to make it happen.
May it be as gently as possible, and may we all help to make it so. All shall be well...

He speaks of the "quantumness" of crystal bowls, and says that "Music and Art are quantum." I have known for some time that music and art can take us to a state of timelessness, and connection to our divinity. It's often hard to put into words what we experience through art and music, but it can be so powerful, and meaningful.
I am grateful to have so much music in my life these days...so many wonderful experiences of sound and vibration, as well as the vibration of the lyrical content.

Last month I lost an uncle on my mother's side of the family, this month, an aunt on my dad's side. With my aunt, she'd been sick for a long time, and though it was expected, it is still challenging. I tend to have "bird encounters" when people I know pass over. With my aunt, it was an owl sighting. I think that the soul wishes to make itself known in some way...to say goodbye and to say that we are still connected.
I also saw an owl on the morning after Sandra Wright passed away. It was a shock to hear of her passing. I didn't know her very well, but I was always very moved when she sang. She had such a powerful and inspiring voice.
There was a wonderful article on her life in the local newspaper. I wasn't aware of the struggles that she went through with her music and with her health, but she was a beautiful soul.
Blessings to all the loved ones left behind, and to the souls of the ones who are now passing. It is a time of great change, and it may sadden us to see them go, but there is great rejoicing, too, as each one completes their journey and returns to spirit.

Happy St. Patrick's Day to you! I'm looking forward to a bit of music tonight, and at least some of it will be Celtic, I'm sure.
I was reflecting on a previous post, and it occurs to me that the Chilean earthquake may have shaken up and shaken loose some old issues of the base chakra for many - issues of survival and abundance, as well as physical well-being. In that shaking up, there is also a reordering of energies. A while back, I read that the heart chakra was becoming the new base chakra, as we were becoming human angels, and the heart level would become the new base chakra of the New Earth. I have the sense that this earthquake is part of that restructuring.

Very interesting commentary from her friends, Anne and Thomas, from Chile. We heard quite some time ago that the kundalini energy of the earth would be activating in Chile, as the new base chakra of the planet. I had that image when I heard news of the Chilean quake. As others have mentioned, I also believe that very sacred energies are arising in these places where the earth is activating - in Haiti, as well as in Chile. And that it will soon be obvious to people that something has changed on levels that we may not fully understand yet.
My prayers go out to those who live in these places and are recovering from great devastation. Starting over can be very challenging, but there will be help for them from many levels as well.
