Haven't been finding much time for this blog lately. I think it is partly explained by Karen Bishop's latest Wings title: "The Dismantling of the Old." I haven't found that process to be much fun:

I could relate to her phrase about current situations of change and restructuring, "No time for anything else right now.” Also, although I am still very interested in spiritual topics, I have been finding myself very focused on "being in my body" right now. I'm enjoying my life as much as possible, enjoying music, and family and friends, and pretty much taking it moment by moment.
And Lauren Gorgo's latest message is entitled, "Final Stages of Grounding":
She says, "During the early stages of awakening we are deliberately removed from life-as-usual as all of our energy is focused on developing the upper energy centers, expanding our consciousness and developing our higher aspects. As we complete the reconnection phase we drop back down into our lives and bodies and begin to work within the physical dimensions again...albeit with our new and expanded sense of self."
I'm still looking for a new message somewhere out there, entitled, "Let the Good Times Roll." Maybe I'll have to write that one!...: )

She says, "The inner review through our heart will allow the old judgments to be less charged with emotional baggage and offer a clearer vision of the tremendous opportunity each moment holds for clearing the way for new feelings of joy as we re-evaluate and release any sense of limitation or fear."
It seems a bit strange that there is so little charge on things now, that used to seem to be huge hurdles. Not complaining!...: )
I believe we are creating new archetypes at this time, for relationships in general. It already is no longer as it once was. And so, how do we want it to look? And of course, we make that decision for ourselves, and allow that to be the way that we change our outer landscape.

A friend sent me some music links for songs that we're hoping to do in the not-too-distant-future. There's probably a reason that I waited til today to listen to this one. I went through an intensive period of Dar Williams music after hearing her live in concert in, oddly enough, the very small town of Chester, VT. I credit her with helping to inspire me to take my own music seriously. I think I bought the CD, "Cry, Cry, Cry" that she did with Richard Shindell, and Lucy Kaplansky, just before I began living the gypsy life that I've lived for the past several years. I don't think that I listened to the whole CD back then. In any case, it's a great song, and it seems most appropriate today:

She mentions that people are having strange experiences lately with dreams that seem very real. Many have had that experience for a while now, but I think it is becoming more common for everyone now. She recommends not getting too caught up in the weirdness, but rather looking for the symbology in them, as there is much being revealed to us symbolically right now.
I also hear from people, even young adults, who are having memory problems, and having a hard time keeping up with things in their lives. In part, this may be related to the compression of time, and the sense that our days are getting shorter. Also various energy fluctuations affect our memory. Part of the solution is to simplify our lives, and to do our best to do the things that we really want to do (as well as what is simply necessary).
Dr. Meg also mentions that many people have multiple "reversed polarities in their energy fields," which, I think, may be causing some of our strange experiences, whether in dreams or in waking. And she says that "the two upper bodies that reside just below our souls" have been realigning and activating on a massive scale.
Though we may be finding some of these symptoms to be challenging, it is simply part of the process of awakening, and the expanding of our human consciousness. Ask for help if you need it - find the healing modalities that call to you. Find community with others who have a similar focus and outlook. And be gentle with yourself.
