Wow! What a couple of weeks it's been. Haven't found time for this blog - so much going on. Some of it has been really challenging, but also with a steadiness beneath it all.

It's been an intense week for me, with people around me having their difficulties. I feel that everyone's going through this process, whether consciously or not-so-consciously. And even knowing what I'm going through doesn't always make it easier to handle...so no judgment there. I'm thankful that I was able to hold steady, and that others came into the picture to bring things to the most benevolent outcome. Deep gratitude for that! Things can turn around quickly. And it's a beautiful June day in Vermont!

I've never been to Bonampak, but since first seeing the murals in the late nineties, I have felt that there was a very wonderful spiritual energy around them (despite the images that are depicted on the chamber walls). In fact, I was inspired by the colors of those paintings when I did the painting for my first CD.

It's hard to find a good example of the vibrant colors of the murals on the web. I think I first saw photos of them in Newsweek magazine many years ago. This is a small section of one mural that is clear and vivid:

On the subject of "Spiritual Boot Camp," I think many of us have been through that process already. There may still be some minor issues to clear up, but, in general, we have been tested to the extreme.

In one of Ronna Herman's old channelings, she stated that, before incarnating, we agreed to allow our guides to remove our free will when it came time to awaken. It may be so...I don't remember. However, I have wondered in recent times if it had to be quite so brutal, and did they have to do it with such relish?

Now, I understand that when we're not in embodiment, this all looks like a big game. We see the bigger picture, we understand that these lessons are something we signed up for. But, when in embodiment, it all looks very different. Even if we've been down this path in many lifetimes, doing the human journey can be quite intense.

As we begin to gain Mastery of our consciousness once again, we are pushed to learn to trust our own inner voice. Many have gone through a barren stretch where there seemed to no longer be a connection to the guidance realms. We had to connect in a different way, and guess what? That way put us in the driver's seat. Every time we asked the question, "What next?" it was answered with, "What do you want?"

I still believe that as long as we are in embodiment, there will be some degree of ego...enough to give us the illusion of being an individual. We have cleared away what I will call negative ego, as much as is possible. It isn't ego now to step into roles that are powerful and earth-changing. I would go so far as to say that it is necessary to do so.

So, perhaps we need to change the game. Perhaps the balanced equation is that our guides walk with us as brothers and sisters - for input on the bigger picture, but no longer with permission to "throw us off the cliff" whenever they feel like it. It's time for them to work with us as a co-operative consciousness, which, perhaps, has always been the case, but can't be effective until you have awareness of it.

Duality is ending. Boot camp is over. What do I want? No more wrestling with "the adversary", no more getting tossed into the abyss, no more commanding from guidance, but rather an interactive dialogue, a respectful interchange within a loving and supportive environment. And please speak clearly, and turn up the volume just a little...Taking back my free will now, thank you.

I must have been tapping in to this message, because for weeks now, I've been thinking about a Lightworker seminar that I went to years ago, where The Group said that our planet was once a higher vibration than in recent history, and that the higher vibration equated with warmer. When it was a higher vibration, our forms were less substantial, less physical, and we had a harder time staying in a body on the planet. (This recounting of a shift to lower vibrations gave me the image of a star becoming a planet.)

I don't think that Steve used the term "Lemuria", but my take on it was that the higher vibration was during Lemurian times. We were much more aware of our connection to each other, to the planet itself, to all living things, and to the Creator. (Other channelers talked about humans having more fluid forms than now, and that we could blend with the consciousness of other living things on the planet, the leaves on trees, the animals, the birds, even the rocks and the water.) Steve said then, as in this most recent channeling, that, as the Earth cooled, in order to evolve, we chose to lower our vibrations and become denser.

It seems to me that Atlantean times led us into a time of greater density. There are various religious/cultural takes on "The Fall," but you could relate it to the fall in vibration from the level of the heart/spiritual body(or above) to the level of the solar plexus/mental body (or below).

Density involved putting on the veil, forgetting our divinity, and seeing ourselves as separate from one another. My take on it is that it required the blocks between the energy centers of our chakras, to give us a perception of individuality. It created the protective device of the ego, which was always meant to simply watch out for the well-being of the human form. Around the turn of the millenium (late 1990's) came the time of the "breaking of the seven seals". As we begin to ascend again, or raise our vibrations, the blocks between the seven main chakras begin to dissolve. (I'm not getting into "the chicken or the egg" of which comes first...it's all connected.) The planet is rising in vibration again, and, in order to stay on it, we must raise our vibrations as well.

It rings true for me that the veil is much thinner now between spirit and the physical, and that it may be harder, in general, to remain in physical form once we have a conscious awareness of the celestial or heavenly realms. But perhaps that is the reason that we chose to journey into very dense human experiences in the first place, to evolve to the point of being able to walk in both worlds at once.

I am sure that the Lightworker segments from the June broadcast that have Christine Day and Jim Self are also quite amazing, though I haven't had a chance to listen yet. Wow! That must have been a wonderful day to attend the monthly broadcast! Powerful speakers for a powerful time of change.

We are beginning to carry more of our spiritual light in our human forms than we have ever done before. Amazing times! Shine on...

In other words, to withdraw from being around many people and to focus on projects or self in a way that is profound. The current energy effects require a great deal of personal wherewithal and sometimes it is easier to stay put and sort things out rather than to remain immersed in people where there is a lot of extraneous input."

That was my situation in mid-May...but I was trying to "tough it out." Anyway, it's easier now...and part of the process of connecting in a different way.

I would agree that it is about balancing "I" and "Us"...both are important. The New Earth, from my perspective, is about Diversity within Unity. And although I would also agree that the promised abundance has not manifested for many Lightworkers up until now, I do believe it is going to be easier now. And, yes, community is a factor in helping that to be so.

As always, take from any writings only that which resonates as truth for you. The recent tragedy of deaths at a sweat lodge ceremony led by self-help guru, James Arthur Ray, shows what can happen when you give your power away to an outside authority. You are responsible for discerning your own truth. And from that truth, you are creating your reality.

Addendum: Another factor in the deaths at the sweat lodge ceremony may be, as The Group has said, that it is much easier to leave the body now. So, it may be something to be aware of when we are dancing around that edge in various altered states. (Not meditative states in general, but very intense, body-punishing experiences.) Good to start with the intention of returning to our bodies afterwards. And we might consider that those conditions are no longer needed for us to communicate with spirit.

I finally made a connection between the phrase "walking through the fire" and the etheric realms. So, I am taking off any negative connotation, and interpreting it for myself as "the fire of spirit." Lately, I have seen such a vibrant and beautiful light when I'm out communing with Nature. There is a green in the trees and plants that is so bright it almost hurts the eyes.

Aluna Joys latest message, "Passage to a New World," speaks of our entering the etheric realms as a planet.

I'm feeling much steadier now, and I do feel like I've been experiencing some "minor miracles" lately (and maybe only because I remembered to ask for them).

I have had the feeling that new technologies would be developed now to help us with the oil spill in the Gulf. I hope that is so.

There are three segments, and the material is quite interesting. One of the comments that I connected with is that this is a time of such rapid change that it is disorienting for people. But, from my perspective, it means that many of the things that we see as impossible or, at the least, daunting may be resolved very quickly now, and we should not be surprised at how quickly things can turn around.

Regarding where we are in relationship to "this Universal Process", she says, "You would have faced every fear at least 14,000 times, left behind all of your be-lie-fs and delusions, become completely simplified & transparent, healed all relationships...especially with yourself...and feel so burned out that nothing can really faze you anymore. You basically would have been boiled down to your authenticity, comfortable with yourself in all ways and to the point that you could care less about most things."

I was thinking that was where I was at in April...and then came May! Guess I hadn't quite reached the 14,000 times mark. And as she says, June 1st was a definite cut-off point to the challenges of May...suddenly feeling balanced again, and maybe, just maybe, believing again that wonderful things can happen.

The last few days, I noticed that the water-retention that I've been experiencing for months, suddenly seemed so much better, that I felt thin (well, relatively speaking). Today it's back again, but there is hope that eventually that, too, will be a distant memory.

So, kudos that we are still here...and the best is yet to come!

I think I finally have some inkling of what Indigos have been going through for some time. The chakra that has just recently activated for people (I'm going to call it the Thymus chakra for now, involving the high heart and the throat) opens people to the Indigo consciousness, which, to me, means opening up the etheric body, and receiving information from the ethers. It's about communication on a more profound level than we've been used to. It seems to bring in lots more information than some of us can easily handle right now - but that will get easier as we adjust to it.

Indigos, from childhood, have been very comfortable with the Internet, as it is an etheric tool, an expression of ideas and communication beyond what was available before the World Wide Web. I think the challenges that I was feeling recently, for whatever reason, had more to do with the Internet than with face-to-face communications. However, many Indigos in recent years have retreated from the outside world. Being out in public places with lots of people is disorienting, at best. Some have felt that they were hearing people's thoughts, that they were under attack, or that they were losing their minds.

Although there have been Indigos on the planet in small numbers throughout history, Nancy Tappe described a huge "wave" of children being born with that "Life Color" beginning in the late seventies to early eighties. People with the Indigo Life Color are born very open and spiritually connected (perhaps still with a veil that can provide a sense of distance from their gifts, and they don't necessarily realize their gifts for quite some time). In the density of the third dimension, it can be very hard to be "wired" that way. I do think that it's getting easier, and will continue to do so, but in the meantime, it's been challenging for them at times. I think the change in vibration of the earth itself, has dissolved what was left of that veil for a lot of people, which means having access to a great deal of energetic information that people aren't used to.

This has always been part of the process of awakening through whatever spiritual practices people have used: Kundalini Yoga, the mystic practices of Sufi's or Kabbalists, the sacred chant of Kirtan, the meditation and toning of Buddhism and many other spiritual paths. However one might get there, eventually the barriers dissolve. This is coming to us on a grand scale on this planet, and, because of the earth's higher vibration, one doesn't have to follow extremely disciplined spiritual programs to get there. This is The Great Shift in Consciousness unfolding.

I'm hoping to work with a friend of mine on providing a place for Indigos to gather, for support, for connection and networking(which is possibly more important for them than for others), and for moving forward through this time. I will post the information here as it develops.
