Happy Leap Day! If February didn't get your heart leaping, I don't know what will...: )...Powerful energies, for sure! As February comes to an end, I bring the subject of Love back to the beginning: Self Love. That's where it all starts. Love thy neighbor as THYSELF. You can't truly love another until you find love and acceptance of Self.

Here is a wonderful article from Shamanic Astrologer, Cayelin K Castell on the subject of the energies of Venus from 2007 to 2009. It focuses on the concept of Self Love and the embodiment of our True Selves:

I had something in mind to write about today, on the subject of Indigo and Crystal Children. I happened to check out a website that I often read that includes a section on the New Kids, and I'm trying to refine what it is I want to say about them.

Indigos are not new to the Earth plane, (I personally feel that the hippy movement of the sixties may well have begun with an opening to Indigo consciousness) but their numbers have been very small until recently. Nancy Tappe, who wrote the book "Life Colors", was one of the first people to mention the phenomenon. She has the ability to see energies around people, somewhat like the aura. She began to notice that many young children were coming in with a Life Color of Indigo. And she began to perceive what qualities were identified with that Life Color. Her book is quite interesting, for all of us, and I highly recommend it for the insights it gives into the Indigo experience.

What would it take to create Peace on Earth? When a whole planet of beings becomes enlightened, what would that look like? What do you choose it to look like?...: )

A friend of mine recently said that Ascension requires a deconstruction of old thought patterns. Here is a channel from The Group through Steve Rother on that subject:

I am also posting an entire (and quite beautiful) entry from Carrie Hart below (www.Carriehart.com).

"In Lak'ech Ala K'in"...I am you, you are me. Aluna Joy Yaxkin has a wonderful article on the subject of this Mayan philosophy at:

Also, a very interesting article and channeling from Dr. Meg Blackburn Losey from November 27, 2007. Her messages only stay on the site for a month, as the current message. Then they spend a month in the "previous message" section. However, if you are too late for this particular one, her messages are always timely and informative.

I didn't have a television for some time, but recently was given one. There seems to be nothing on during this last half of October except horror movies, forensic investigations of all manner of dead bodies, and a rash of dismembered limbs on the mainstream hospital shows. Perhaps we have reached the limit of the shock value of such images (I can only hope so.) October television seems much more ghastly and ghoulish than I ever remember it being.

During my own process of awakening, there came a time when I felt myself focusing so much on goodness and light, that I felt a need to retrieve parts of myself that, it seemed, were being left behind. It wasn't just those aspects of my personality that I had judged as "too dark," or unworthy, it was also parts of me that had experienced great fear, and were still in hiding.

Many times when one experiences something that is too overwhelming, too unacceptable to the human self, a part of the personality becomes fragmented and set aside - hidden from concious awareness. But this fragment will continue to look for ways to become connected again. Wholeness would seem to require the integration of all parts of self.

July 7, 2007

I wanted to back-track to this date, 07/07/07, as I was unable to access my website at that time to post on this page. I did, indeed, as mentioned in a previous post, experience an incredible celebration up on Mount Shasta on July 7th.

I had made other plans for that date, but when I realized that I would be remaining in Mount Shasta through that week, I decided to organize a day of celebration of "New Earth Rising" at Panther Meadows, up on the mountain. I wasn't sure what kind of turn-out there would be, but just put my posters up and showed up for whatever the Universe might have in store.

More on the subject of chakras...this on Chakra Pairing, from Edna Frankel:

June 22, 2007

Somewhere in early 2001, I read a channeling by Steve Rother called "Touch of an Angel." While reading it, I felt an energy activation in the center of each of my shoulder blades. It was subtle, but over time, became much more concentrated. In researching material on the web on the subject of chakras, I had a hard time finding any information on this double chakra. Eventually, I found a message board that spoke of the "angel wing" chakras. It said that along with the energies at the shoulder blades there would also be the "opening of a fragrant rose above each breast." I did notice the energy there, which I thought was related to the Thymus, but perhaps the term "fragrant" rose was more poetic than literal. (The chakras, in general, move outward from the body in pairs, one at the front and one at the back of the body. The crown and the root chakra are in opposite directions, the crown expanding upward and the root expanding downward.)

You are loved, as you are, in this moment...more than your human mind can imagine. You are worthy of love, regardless of anything that you have or haven't done in this lifetime or any other. You are, in truth, Love...Love expressing through the human form. That is the essence of who you really are. You are loved...You are the beloved...You are Love.

I've "sprinkled" photos of roses throughout the page for May. Hope I'll be able to continue to bring the beauty and color of the Garden into these posts. This lovely pair of roses seemed appropriate to the topic of Relationships.

There are some wonderful articles in Spirit of Maat magazine at
www.spiritofmaat.com, for April and May (I couldn't get them to connect directly, so, if you wish, you can copy and paste the address, or go to the main site and look them up):
